6. Entrepreneurs all the way - Entrepreneurship training to be provided across schools, colleges and massive online courses

"Entrepreneurship Education and Training will be provided in 2,200 colleges, 300 schools, 500 government ITIs and 50 Vocational Training Centres through Massive Open Online Courses. Aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly those from remote parts of the country, will be connected to mentors and credit markets."

The oblique focus on IITs, IIMs that was stated in the previous budget has been carried over in the allocation for 2016-17 and it is expected that it will continue to shift from social sciences to technical education.
