4. The Generalist:
The generalist is a person who often tends to avoid details for big-picture thinking and statements. These behavioral people’s favorite phrases are always the ‘bullet points’ and ‘broad strokes’. They usually oppose going deeper into the details every time instead they tend to say can it be the strength. If any of their client asks them about how their company is better than other firms, they start utilizing words like ‘creative’, ‘innovative’ and they won’t tell a single thing about concrete deliverables, cost advantages etc. This kind of an attitude you can generally guess when they introduce the specialists and when they desperately try to justify their job.
