#6: Graphic Designer: Working from designed briefs, graphic designers are the creative minds who produce innovative solutions to communication problems that combine both written ideas and visual elements. In order to do that, graphic designers meet with clients or staff members to work out the brief of a project, then develop the overall layout and design that will be projected in the form of advertisements, brochures, magazines or corporate reports.  Apart from this, graphic designers work on variety of disciplines that include websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging to name a few.
"Graphic design is mentally challenging and requires analytic ability for the designer to be able to envision how a consumer will perceive a visual design, and to use data to refine and improve design," exclaimed Erickson.  According to BLS report, employment of graphic designers is projected to grow 7 percent by 2022 and graphic designers are expected to face strong competition for available positions.
