2. The "Novice Trap"

Starting as a trainee, you may not know much about your industry. But when you start to think you do not have experience and start spending your time to learn the basics, probably you will be tired off work. You should accept the failures and learn from them. Trying to avoid failure at work will not always help you to be successful in career. The better way to success is exploring more opportunities and taking more challenges which can probably fail you but one great idea can compensate all the dumb mistakes you have made at work. So, it is better to start working than trying to learn more basics... Just go and experiment.
