BANGALORE: Most of the students immediately enroll into a business school after graduating from their course. They believe that joining a business school right away provides advantages over those who join later. But it’s not true, one should join a business school only after a gap of years and here are the reasons, as reported in Mashable.

Fresh MBA Graduates Are Not Endowed With Bigger Responsibility

This happens to all MBA graduates who come out of business schools, and one to two years are wasted in gaining experience only. Usually most enterprises do not take chances and don’t provide fresh MBA graduates with bigger roles. They are put under some senior supervision and it’s becomes hard for them to learn in those circumstances.
