“A majority of hiring managers (55 percent) revealed that they prioritize hard skills over personality and 21 percent when hiring," Bisharat adds. "With the rapidly changing tech landscape and a persisting skills gap, it is more important than ever for businesses to find people with the specific skills they need to deliver results.”
