Bangalore: Developed countries are marked their graduation rates about 200 percent in the last 50 years. Reporting this, one of the recent studies, ‘Education at a Glance 2011’ by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has also found though the education has globally improved, some countries are experiencing higher rates of educational achievement whereas some are not making the mark in improved educational facilities. Considering the report, 24/7 Wall St. pointed out the 10 most educated countries which found none other countries than developed nations in the list.

All these countries are reported to make a biggest investing in their education sector and are proud of having most-educated people. Among the listed countries except UK, all others countries are spending a percentage of its GDP on tertiary which is considered as college or college-equivalent.
