While this news might flout the traditional path as it showcases lack of discipline and commitment, it holds good for the modern world, since employers these days are opting for people with more experience.
The resume has more weight when it shows that the candidate has worked at several different companies in different roles with different types of teams, this portrays a sense of adaptability and deep insights in the evolved work field.
