A sales director holds a big responsibility over his shoulders, and plays multiple functions in any company. He is responsible to play multiple roles and meet up with different post holders of the company, to set up strategies and to study the statistics. Besides working from home, a sales director may even have to work overtime to complete his targets within the deadlines and earn big bucks.
