The Threat-Maker

These types of employees will most often than not end their sentence with threats if they don’t get what they want. “I’m thinking of quitting if I don’t receive a raise”, “if I don’t have my performance rating rectified, I will bring in my lawyer”, these guys just won’t settle !

The Unbelieving Employee

Even after a performance-improvement plan has been charted out by the HR and the boss, some of the employees are still very relaxed and hence when they fail to meet their goals. As consequence, they are let off! In some cases however, the situation exhibits the ‘shocked employee’ traits in which the employee comes off as an innocent victim targeted by the seniors for no apparent reason. Failing to note the fault on one side, the questioning, the disbelief reactions and the water works is the general outcome of this situation.
