The Indifferent Snowflakes

This kind of employees live life on their own terms, they show up when they want and they do as they please, from frequent breaks to bad behavior. What’s worse is that in some places, bosses actually allow it without saying much. In certain cases you find their boss guilty of being the snowflake itself, then you’re pretty much doomed all the same. 

The Ambitious Cum Inept Ladder Climber

There’s nothing worse than finding an ambitious employee who is all in for climbing the ladder of success and yet at the same time pretty much sucks at his work. We believe a slap across the face is in order because these guys often forget how miserable they’re at their work and tend to eye senior positions that are not eligible for them.
