4. Best Efforts:

Even though the employees try to be loyal to their company’s by working hard, most of the times the employees will come up with best-efforts provision to the employment contract. This provision is nothing but the employee needs to promise the organization that they will be working hard to their level best of their ability and they would remain loyal to the employer. Sometimes the agreement also include that the employees will be ready to suggest and recommend their ideas if it can benefit the company.
