5. Identify new areas for which you can help or also from which you can learner:

Don’t be a constant observer of any specific area as there are many areas from which you have lots to learn. So, start looking into other areas of your interest and start gaining knowledge from those fields and if you are a person who knows well about any other specific area, try to provide some new insights to those areas. If you adopt such an attitude, definitely you will be appreciated as well as recognized by a lot of people other than just your team.

6. Open up your helping hand:

By being generous to someone is a very good opportunity to show your inner beauty. Open up your helping hands to whoever is in need of your help. Support your colleagues in their difficult projects. You can also join as a volunteer in all the programs arranged by your company. Look for situations and circumstances where you can provide your helping hand even if you are not asked to do so. By helping others, one day you will surely be the person who can manage everything and your good management skills will help you to become a good leader.
