The goal is to achieve a user-centric design, that is, to make a user’s interaction pleasant, simple and as efficient as possible. Candidates holding Bachelor's degree or greater in digital or graphic design, human-computer interaction, interactive media or a related field can expect preference over the others. Proficiencies in visual design like Photoshop or OmniGraffle, wire-framing tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential for this job.
