According to LinkedIn researcher Sohan Murthy these skills will remain in-demand in the early part of 2016.
Based on the demand of these skills, below is an elaboration of 10 skills that are expected to fare better than the rest.
User Interface Design: This skill is employed in designing websites, appliances, mobile communication devices and software applications. The goal is to achieve a user-centric design, that is, to make a user’s interaction pleasant, simple and as efficient as possible. Candidates holding Bachelor's degree or greater in digital or graphic design, human-computer interaction, interactive media or a related field can expect preference over the others. Proficiencies in visual design like Photoshop or OmniGraffle, wire-framing tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential for this job.
