You should constantly update about your work or even for any problem if you have. You should not surprise them at the nth moment. Make them always feel that they are the boss Your boss is always with burden of work, pressure and full of responsibility. Shows respect to him and though if you are not agree with his ideas or proposals, still make sure that you wont end up arguing with him. Accept his ideas and make him feel that he is always superior to you.
