10 Nations That Record The Highest Literacy Rate

Japan: Even though Japan is always dealt with natural calamities the country has still managed to maintain sustainability and development through education and made its place among the top 3 countries with high literacy rate in the world. The percentage of literate population is about 45.98 percent and the country spends about 5 percent of its GDP in education sector. It is also said that over and at the age of 15 every Japanese individual is able to read and write. Israel: High standard of living and constantly improving economy makes Israel the second best country with 46 percent of literacy rate. Israel spends about 7.5 percent of the GDP on education.In this country, it is compulsory for both men and women in the age group of 18 to 21 and 18 to 20 respectively to join the military. The country boasts an overall literacy rate of 51.3 percent in the population with tertiary education. And this makes it the most educated nation of the current era.  There are many well-known institutes in Canada that provides the quality education whether it’s primary, secondary or tertiary.
The government makes sure that it provides the career and skill based education to its people so that no one remains unemployed and be the burden on family, society or even country.
