Build Your Skill Set
First you need to come out of your comfort zone to build your skill set as  it allows you to try different set of skills rather than just making minor changes, which you already know.

Try to take one task at a time and build your way to grow on a personal level and develop new skills. Constantly take challenges on the tasks that you don’t know and put them in your opportunity list rather than cribbing about it.

However, try taking small steps rather than big jumps to gain experience in other areas of the company that will not only help you learn new skills, but also expand your contacts.

Be Aware Of Your Strengths And Weaknesses
Not all strength is your weakness and vice versa, so taking these lines into consideration try converting your weakness into your strengths and make yourself better.

Deal with your weakness right away because if you give time it will just remain in your weakness list and it’ll be difficult to obtain a higher position in future.
