10 Guidelines To Better 'E-Mail'ing

Try to Include One “Big Idea” Per Email
Mention the one big thing that you want to either it be a project or some rewards, start it a way so that the reader understands what you are so eager to mention.
Try to Use Statements, Not Open-Ended Questions
Other than firing questions needing a yes/no answer, make it a statement as to look amicable and in the end may also add for suggestions or their view on the subject.
Be Surprisingly Generous
Instead of always being professional to detail send in regards or laud their achievements or hangout for a social meeting. This sort of emails will strike up your human relations bar.
When Delivering Criticism, Be Respectful and Specific
Insulting and reprimanding words are too easy to script out but for future interactions these may add a block, so while delivering criticism make it look as an additional suggestion to his/her work by mentioning how they can improve in the area needed and try to bring notice of their mistakes by going through with them.
