Bangalore: Internship programs are created with a view to help young aspirants, to provide them the necessary work experience, build their confidence, give them an edge in the job market and assist them in the transition into a job. In the present tough job market, it is one of the best ways to prevent oneself from joining the growing ranks of overeducated and underemployed. 

But not all companies are created equal when it comes to the internship programs offered by them. While some offers extraordinary benefits and provide a plethora of knowledge base, others seem to provide obsolete skills and experience that are no longer needed.

As per the respondents (interns), the company rating of this multinational corporation that specializes in designing, manufacturing and selling networking equipments is 4.0 and the average monthly base pay for interns at this firm is $4,007, which is equivalent to 2.18 lakh.
