“I Think She’s An Idiot”
There’s always someone who might not be as good at a job as you are or someone you might dislike. But belittling someone would never help you reach the heights. Sounding disrespectful or critical of someone who you think are useless, might actually risk your job. The person you were judging might be more important to than the company than you.
You would lose the trust of the concerned person if he gets to know about it. On the other you wouldn’t benefit from escalating someone’s incompetency. Your co-workers are likely to backfire at you for these crass judgments.
If you don’t like a certain person, keep it to yourself instead of discussing their incapability, lives or wardrobes.

Political and Religious Views
Politics and religion are two such subjects where discussions are likely to go out of hand. Politics has a power to divide people and making a political statement or representing your political views can create voids between you and your co-workers. Religion is yet another similar subject. It doesn’t harm to be pious and believe in divinity, but one should not forget that religions have also been the root cause for partitions and battles.
