DeVry University
DeVry University is a division of DeVry Education Group, a for-profit higher education organization which was founded in 1931 as DeForest Training School, and officially became DeVry University in 2002.
Even though DeVry may not have faced quite as many lawsuits as some of the other schools on this list, but its accused of filing false claims and statements about recruitment pay and performance to the government.  Despite this the university doesn’t have the best reputation either as 50 percent of its on-campus students and 60 percent of its online students drop out within 3.5 months.

ITT Technical Institute
ITT Technical Institute is a for-profit technical institute with over 130 campuses in 38 states of the United States, which is owned and operated by ITT Educational Services, Inc.
Even though ITT holds one of the biggest names in the for-profit University world, the institute has been accused for fraudulent activities like nearly every university on this list.  ITT has been found guilty of wrongfully increasing students grades, in order to qualify for financial aid and, has undergone lawsuits for deceitful recruiting practices.
University Of Phoenix
The University of Phoenix is an American for-profit institution of higher learning, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, United States and is the largest for-profit school that additionally receives the highest amount of federal financial aid.
Although this university is awfully popular, the graduation rate is at a dismal with 15 percent and it gone undergone several lawsuits for an entire swarm of questionable legal activities. With this the institute has repeatedly been criticized for overblown promises about graduation, intentionally misleading prospective students and their future careers. Additionally, the university is disgracefully stays away from the media and often refuses interviews or cancels them at the last minute without giving a valid reason.
