10. New Zealand

 On the tenth position is New Zealand with the lowest gender wage gap i.e. 5.6 percent and is still improving women’s positions in parliaments and public sectors. Around 40 percent of managerial positions of parliament are reserved for women members here. The country also made drastic changes in closing educational attainment and health and survival gender gaps.
