Although it was started in August 2008, the Company has over 1,500,000 listings in 34,000 cities and 190 countries. The company is said to have a vibrant workplace, great leadership, friendly co-workers, beautiful office space and meals that are made in- house. 

Bain & Company

Second in the ranking is Bain & Company, which is a global management consulting firm. It provides advisory services to businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governments, and is one of the Big Three management consulting firms. The company has 53 offices in 34 countries and it employs more than 5,700 people. It also got a rating of 4.6 due to its incredible supportive culture, rewarding nature and high impact clients.
