Criticizing your boss in public is an invitation to trouble and thus, you end up doing it behind his back. But remember, walls have ears. So if you enter this business irrespective of time and geographical location with whomsoever in office or business-your career growth is at stake. Eventually your mentor might come to know about this habit and you’ll end up building a tough time in office.

Acting as if you can't learn anything new

Once you have cracked the interview and is on a job sail, it’s obvious that your skills and talents have been tested. But that does not make you outstanding. Improvement by learning or unlearning can be an everyday business, rendering a better human from you. Thus, be open to edits and modifications in your knowledge and perceptions for better employee status.
