It is generally known as the data centre or Pionen which is located 100ft below the surface and covers an area of 4000 sq ft. It has indoor green houses and a huge salt water fish tank. Although, the office does not receive any daylight, it manages to maintain the inside greenery with the simulated sunlight. The place is even safe from any kind of hydrogen attacks.

Exactly as per the needs of hot Madrid’s climate, Selgas Cano has created a nature involving office by submerging a simple tube shaped office in a free air space. Not only it gives sufficient sunlight for work but it even facilitates the need for air conditioning as the ground is insulated against the heat. The office bears a long glass window that opens up to half of the ceiling.
The work space is surrounded with trees and employees can reach there via wooden walkways. The office area looks spectacular during night with glowing lanterns.
