As we all achieve greater heights in our careers we realize that our associates are equally deserving and hard working while there are some who stand a little lower when compared to your potential. Along the wave of competitiveness, we come across many backstabbers. This habit in particular brings out the desire of avenge out of competitiveness.
Most of them eye on their success while making sure that the others don’t make it. Backstabbing makes one untrustworthy. Making your peers look bad would never pave a way to your success in the long run.
Lying
A casual lie can harm your career far more than you anticipate. White lies are common at workplace. No matter how harmless the lies can be, it always comes with a risk. Stealing praises from a peer’s achievements, mistreating the company’s expenses and many more are a part of lying at the workplace. Sometimes a casual lie can cost you your job.
