Life of HR's is Not Easy, Forever

Bangalore: Organizations has various departments, but when we talking about the HR department one must agree to the fact it's not a piece of a cake. In any organizations HR functions has a major role to play and that is to manage and grow the company's most important resource-the employees.
In a survey the HR professionals of the SHRM were asked to rank the priority of their organizations top three critical HR functional areas. Of the respondents more than one-half (57%) reported that who indicated that staffing/employment/recruitment were the critical HR functional area and was the top-ranked priority for their organizations. One-half of HR professionals (50%) indicated that legal compliance was one of their organizations top three critical HR functional areas.

44 percent of HR professionals reported training and development is the second critical HR functional area for their organizations. Of the HR professionals who indicated employee benefits as a critical HR functional area were 43% responders giving it a third-ranked priority within their organizations.

To support and enhance organizational operations the scope of influence and recognition of HR functions in business operations has to be expanded for the long term betterment of the firm.

1: HR department is more like a backbone of the organization, when it comes to employees hiring most of the hiring could be done by improving self intuition regarding shortlisting. and then placing these employess to right tasks. HR department is responsible to build a good team players for achieving organizational goals
