Bangalore: Nowadays, most of the organizations are taking the initiative to be environment friendly not only outside the office, but also inside it. These organizations are trying to reduce the use of paper in the office. An infographic by MetroFax on blog.imeet.com shows how to turn your office into a paperless one.

It was found that in a year, around 10,000 papers are used in an organization which comes to around 4 million tons of paper across US only. Excess use of paper also creates a situation of confusion and it becomes very irritating and difficult to find one single sheet of paper. As a result, everything gets cluttered.

It is better to get a fax number to receive and send PDF files. This will reduce the use of papers steadily. You can also motivate your employees to reduce the usage of paper and switch to electronic systems for completing work in the office. You can also scan and save the previous documents in your desktops. You could also recycle paper.
