It was found that in a year, around 10,000 papers are used in an organization which comes to around 4 million tons of paper across US only. Excess use of paper also creates a situation of confusion and it becomes very irritating and difficult to find one single sheet of paper. As a result, everything gets cluttered.
It is better to get a fax number to receive and send PDF files. This will reduce the use of papers steadily. You can also motivate your employees to reduce the usage of paper and switch to electronic systems for completing work in the office. You can also scan and save the previous documents in your desktops. You could also recycle paper.
