Bangalore: To survive in the workplace "Continual learning" in the form of training is very essential. But then the question arises whether this training is to train the workers who are already able to do what is expected of them, but are not performing to expectations. Well one has to understand that training is not the answer according to Robert F Mager as he mentioned in his book.
It is very evident that the lack of performance is related to training. An assumption that continues to breed frustration in many organizations and certainly fails to result in improved performance despite the fact that it is exactly what most parties involved wanted. Solution to this would be a proper analysis to ensure that the performance intervention will be successful.
These training allow the employees to improve and develop ideas to achieve the better outcomes. Due to this employees will be more motivated and it will definitely create a feeling of being valued.
