Bangalore: The top 4 transaction issues related to the HR leaders to makes a mergers and acquisitions successful is shared by the HR consulting firm Mercer, reports Business Wire. These issues are commonly faced by the HR before, during and after mergers and acquisitions (M & A) activity which reflect Mercer's extensive M&A consulting experience in global industries and markets.
