My Company Saijyoti Technologies Pvt Ltd. I am currently working as Assistant Manager HR & Operations. Previously I was HR Executive. I left that company in August 2011 & went to Bengaluru. I was searching I got this offer from My Previous Company for this Position & I join in August 1ST 2012.
Importance of sales
Sales is very needed because no organization can generate revenue without sales. It may be a IT Company but unless having a Sales Team that company product can't be sold.
Role in an organization
My Company is a IT Software, Security System etc.
What can be achieved
It had to follow it's company's rule & also sometimes the person can't follow it's own policy.

The best thing I can say that if You are achieving targets You can get the best incentive. If not then You will see the result yourself.

Marketing means You are displaying the Product (Tangible & Intangible)or we can say Promoting. But selling means reaching of the Product in the hands of Consumers.

Marketing is the only where a Company's Image can be reflected because without a proper Promo no Company can thrive.

Well I had been in this Position Passing through all this defeating situation. When I can be the Marketing Head after all this Pessimistic Situation withou lossing hope the why You are losing Hope.
