Apparently, the outsourcing has been on the rise with the increase of global alignment with the Indian organizations. It emphasis HR folks to equip themselves with multiple skills to deal with people from different cultures, backgrounds and changing needs of the organizations.
And I am also noticing that HR personnel are gradually recognizing and giving importance to employee relations, quality, learning and development in order to have a sustained growth and results.

I mainly look for the right attitude and aptitudes in the candidates followed by the desired skills set, knowledge and relevant experience irrespective of the level of position I am hiring for.

By seeing their commitment, results they achieved as an individual, their relations with the other team members and their ability to deal with them to achieve the desired results, integrity and maturity levels, ability to take more responsibilities, multi-tasking and good people management skills.
