Briefly tell me about your company and the HR strategies you have in place.
Zensar is among the Top 20 companies in the Indian IT BPO industry and has reported a scorching pace of growth in its ten years of existence. It has received a number of awards for its people friendly and innovative HR practices.. Key HR strategies are to attract enable and retain the right resources and we have been very successful at that.
What are some of trends you are seeing in HR?

How do you Motivate Employees with Rewards in your organization?
By giving them stretch goals and accelerated growth paths when they deliver.
When you hire people what are you essentially looking for?
Great attitude – skills are trainable.
How do you identify leaders and promote them to the next level?
By identifying people with talent early, giving them multiple roles and tasks and supporting them when they falter at times.
Engaging Gen Y - Leadership and Organization Culture according to you?
By creating an environment of love and belonging and encouraging them to take risks and speak their mind so that they can grow

The average age of employees is getting lower and their aspirations are going higher. In such an environment a challenging workplace and good support systems are needs to ensure that both their emotions and their expectations are managed and the organization enables them to be the best they can be.
