Improving Education system
Education system in India is good enough but it is not appropriate according to the present scenario. It should be practical rather than bookish. Students must know about what is happening in our society as well as our country so they can look forward for a better future as well become good citizens.
Identifying and Promoting New Leaders:
I would prefer the leaders to be those who try to initiate the work by themselves.
Recruiting new generation:
Yes, the today's generation is really ambitious. I will recruit them by selecting the best candidate who meet the desired skills and competencies according to the job as well provide them with good appraisal scheme to retain them.
